By Booking the Brighton Evergreen Retreat, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. The owner(s) will call to review all terms with you before confirming the booking. If you fail to abide by any of the following policies or inflict damages on the property, you will be responsible for a fee commensurate to the cost of damages.

Town of Brighton Short-term Rental Policies:

1. No parties or events are permitted at any time.

2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Camping in tents, RVs, or trailers is prohibited.

3. No dogs are allowed in short-term rentals as per Brighton Township rules.

4. Guest Maximum: 15 adults

5. From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. 5 vehicles can park in the winter (3 in garage, 2 outside)

6. No parking on the street outside of designated parking for our cabin.

 

Home Policies:

7. Be respectful of the home and amenities.

8. Eating and drinking should only take place in the kitchen area, on the dining table, or on the game room table.

9. Smoking and vaping should be done 30 feet away from the home.

10. Eating and drinking should not be done inside of the hot tub.

11. Follow the checkout instructions within the Guidebook before leaving.

12. If any damages occur, please report to owners when you check out.

13. Guests will be responsible to pay for damages they incur due to misuse/negligence.

14. Guests take full responsibility for their own safety and that of their guests in the home and surrounding property.

15. If guests have any questions on property usage, they should consult the Guidebook. If they can't find the answer, they should call owners.
